Rick Smith swing glove is a product that helps you feel the hinging motion in your wrists during the golf swing. The glove applies pressure to the back of your hand when you cup or make the wrong move with your wrists.
To fully benefit from the glove a soft grip is required. A power move with tight grip does not provide as much feedback.
If you don't feel it take slower smaller (1/4 swings) swings and gradually increase the size.
The hinge in the glove was not too bothersome for me but I used mine in practice mostly.
